Comments: I did NOT have Dr. Ting for surgery and cannot speak to his training or technical skills. However, the impression Dr. Ting left after a consult was so negative that I would never consider him for surgery. I found him utterly uncaring about anything other than statistical outcomes (he has a background in economics) and unfeeling in the extreme. Again, I cannot speak to his skills, but as a physician, I found him far more technician than human.
